How does the discount work?
£5 of any plan covers the costs of providing unlimited standard calls and texts and running the network. The rest is for data. At the end of each month we’ll take the value of the data you haven’t used, and provide you with a discount on your next plan, at a rate of £1.25 per GB. So, if you’ve got 3GB of unused data left at the end of a month we’ll give you £3.75 off when you get your next plan. And what’s more we calculate using remaining MBs, not GBs, meaning the discount you get is exactly what’s due.
