Go prepared and get the most from your adventure. That’s the ethos behind Craghoppers. Inspired by world travel expeditions, we’ve been designing trail-blazing outdoor clothing and protective travel equipment for over 50 years.
Craghoppers first started making clothes specifically designed for the outdoors back in 1965. A group of guys in West Yorkshire were planning to climb Everest and wanted gear to withstand the harshest of conditions, so they researched and designed fabrics that would protect them from the extreme cold. All their preparation paid off as they successfully reached the summit of Everest. This was the birth of Craghoppers.
It's our passion and our experience of travel that inspires us to experiment further and further with our ranges of essential clothing. And let me tell you, it's a never-ending cycle because the minute we see our fresh designs in fabric, we just want to get them out there and prove what they can do. This momentum is the essence of our brand and it's what keeps us keen, keeps you ready for anything and brings the rest of the world closer to your comfort zone.
