Sustainable Voucher Codes and Running!
I am proud of my recent interview with Women’s Running Magazine in which I talk about how I ran one of the UKs most brutal coastal marathons in aid of the WLT (who we have supported since we launched).

International Women’s Day is annually recognised on the 8th March to quite rightly celebrate the achievements of women in ever sector, whether you are a business woman, a daughter, a mother, grandmother or if you don’t want to categorise yourself, either way being a woman opens you up to inevitable bias not seen or experienced by men. It may be 2022 but this day is needed to aid our call for action to advance gender equality.
This year’s campaign theme hashtag is #BreaktheBias and spotlights the individual and collective biases against women that fuel gender inequality.
And with Mother’s Day around the corner (falling on the 27th March this year) what better way than to round up International Women’s Day and give you our best recommendations for Mother’s Day gifts.
We all deserve some self-love, particularly women who have raised kids, someone once said to me ‘being a mum is the best job in the world’, I never really got that, it’s rewarding and amazing forsure but going to work is way easier. Then again, she had a neuro typical only child and went back to work when he was 3 months old so I hindsight she had it totally nailed in hindsight! Me on the other hand, I had the obligatory year off and then set up my life including work life around my 2 kids, I have it way harder than my husband! I think this is typical of women everywhere, yet because it’s STILL expected it is STILL really undervalued!
So, let’s take this time to salute to women everywhere on International Women’s Day, paying special attention to women who are suffering as a result of war and conflict right now (whether it is in a war-torn country or in the home). We pray for peace.
On a lighter note, and in the theme of ‘women’ we can start to recognise the women who are closest in our lives, our mums, grans, daughters and sisters on Mother’s Day which is just around the corner on 27th March.
Flowers, not sure about you but I love quality blooms that are not wrapped in heaps of plastic and that go on giving for as long as possible so this year I am recommending Bloom and Wild for Mother’s Day Flowers.
Bloom and Wild Mother’s Day offer is not to be missed either, but you need to be quick! I If you are quick you will be able to get 25% off Mother’s Day bouquets but you will need to place your order today so hurry and remember to add your Bloom and Wild voucher code at checkout.

And last but not least I couldn’t write a blog about women and Mother’s and leave out chocolate could I? In my opinion you love is the most important thing you can give that special person in your life but chocolate helps, it tastes good, is always well received and doesn’t break the bank.
I often buy my mum chocolates and flowers, cliché but you cannot go wrong plus it doesn’t matter if she already has soe! Lilly O’Brien’s who are a great chocolate company and really ethical. They source raw materials from ethically traded ingredients and chocolates from sustainable sources.
Mum's deserve the very best, don't they? So whether you’re saying “thank you”, “I love you Mum” or “what would I do without your support?”, we hope you find the perfect chocolate gift that will melt her heart this Mother's Day.

As Veganuary draws to a close I thought that instead of posting yet another vegan recipe out into the abys I would look at the best vegan clothes brands (as voted for by our voucher codes team) instead. Vegan clothes are almost unrecognisable to the ones of yesteryear ...
Happy New Year! As we all settle into 2022, I imagine I’m not alone in setting a New Year's resolution.
I have a few this year, but my main one is to eat more sustainably.
